  1. Happy Birthday, my friend! Seems like just yesterday we were "leaking" Skunkworks info to you.
  2. Camino LS6 replied to Imaj's topic in Toyota
Sorry I didn't find this most amusing thread earlier.
  3. Aww C'mon I think the Nomad is sweet.
  4. Don't forget that the question is what do YOU want most, not what GM needs most.
  5. Comments encouraged in this thread.
  6. OK, this is not a discussion thread, just a poll. Don't vote FWD or RWD if you might consider the other configuration in a NEW car. Used car purchases don't count.
  7. Well, first of all, I'm not saying that that is or should be the case. Second, the answer is: easily, Chevrolet is the Everything division.
  8. I think you all know I'd like to see all of these and more. But, I most want an El Camino ,of course.
  9. Could be, but waiting isn't really an option. Besides, those idiots have more money than brains and would pay Concast's extortion fees.
  10. Hah! My cell phone barely works here. Thanks for the links,Variance - I learned a bit. Sounds like the cost is about on a par with cable. Damn, I wish Verizon would upgrade our lines so this wasn't so bloody expensive.

A peek at one piece of my collection. I have 2 sets of these still in plastic.

Hmm, someone else has a stash of Hawk goodies too.
  13. Anyone know anything about satellite DSL? 'Cause I don't.
  14. Oh, I talked to Americans when I called Concast, but you have to talk to so many different people if you want all of your questions answered it is like having to talk to an entire country. That's what I meant by the "China" comment.
  15. No idea about the dial-up high speed thing. The only other thing is satellite DSL, I guess.
  16. Love the color on that Camino.
  17. OMG! That's the one I went to test drive a couple months ago, I could have had it for 8K! That dealer has taken markup to new heights! The car is really nice, not perfect but very good. If I had sold something in time, I would have bought it. The Owner was a nice guy and I really wanted to buy the car but the timing was bad. I wonder what the dealer paid him.
  18. No high speed internet for me. Verizon hasn't upgraded the lines here yet -so that's out. So I call Comcast, which is like saying I called China, you end up talking with a bazillion people who don't talk to each other just to get a rough idea of what it takes to get service. So they send this guy out to "survey" the job - I hear nothing for days. Today, I get a letter via snail mail to tell me that these criminals want $875.00 just to run a few hundred feet of cable to my house! Then, they expect me to pay them at least another $50.00 per month for as long as I want service! Can you say "BITE ME"?
  19. We're working on it guys. Sufice to say, things are a bit complicated but we'll get it done.

Mr. bench seat! Glad to see you around. I have the same DSL problem that you do,looks like I'll have to deal with the cable thieves instead.
  21. Makes me think Rolls, Bentley, or a high roof version of a Chrysler 300.
  22. '73 SD455 T/a and Formula 290 HP 390 Ft lbs. torque 13.54 1/4 mile
  23. I saw an Aqua blur SSR at the Philly show in 05, it was the best color to vehicle match I've seen in a long time. That would be the one I'd want.
  24. Correct.
