Looks good... except I wish they would have kept the aggressive creases along the side of the hood and over the wheel wells.
  2. Went to Toys R Us... punks didn't have it! <_<
  3. I'm still waiting to receive the e-mail... damn technology, you can never trust it!
  4. True... but it's probably easier to install and service the foglamps when they can be accessed from the outside of the bumper. Anyway... I noticed that not all of the "foglamp" is a foglamp, half of it seems to be a turn signal. So, if a Solstice does not have foglights, is that half covered or is the entire thing a turn signal?

Which is why you should always find the bathroom before you get plastered, and then barf there when the time is right

since my last post wasn't really a game, more like how I enjoy to drink... Here's a game! The rules are: 1) you must drink with your off-hand (ex: righties use their left hand) 2) if you are caught drinking with your strong hand then you chug your drink 3) if somebody wrongfully accuses you of using your strong hand, they have to chugh your drink

just one example of the things that can happen if you drink too much
  8. I'm sure anything is possible. But stainless steel or aluminum will not perform as well as plastic when the cover is scraped (a metal face would deform, while a plastic one would lose some paint). And... it will cost more to use/replace metal covers.
  9. I understad that the vehicle would be on display during the public viewing. My main concern is that they would show it to the "select few" on Monday, but hold off until later in the week to put it on display for the public. But... assuming I go, it would probably be later in the week anyway. So that's probably not as big a deal.
  10. I bet they could make an aluminum shell/face too.
  11. Hey, so I was right on the Rodeo Drive stuff, just had the wrong date. I wonder where I even got that info from...
  12. Just want to make sure... The concept will be shown to a select few on Monday. Will the Camaro then be displayed to the public begining from the official opening of the show, or will GM re-introduce it sometime later during the week?

My favorite drinking game is... 1) Sit at a table with bottles of alcohol and friends 2) Serve alcohol 3) Drink* * Drinking pace can be accelerated with repeated toasts (or just go around saying cheers and tapping glasses). Remember, it's bad luck to tap glasses and then not drink.

That's just the comparison I was looking for! So there is a difference between the current Taho/Yukon compared to the Escalade. From the most recent spy shots, it looks like that might not be the case for the 900's, unless the Escalade test mule is missing something.
  15. Excellent! Any way I can be put on that list? So, contrary to what I heard from a dealer... the concept will not be shown in LA.
  16. I know that's what you meant... I was just doing some speculation of my own, but of the "worst-case-scenerio." No way in hell could they (let themselves) screw up a new Camaro!

It looks like the driver might be braking, causing to nose to dive and the rear to come up. While we have our attention on the wheel wells... I had noticed that the wheel wells on the GMT 800 Escalade, compared to the Tahoe and Yukon were more rounded, which looks better on the classier Caddy. However, it seems like that subtle difference has been left off the GMT 900 trio. Is that a detail that GM has been leaving off these test mules, or is that just the way it is? Is there even a difference between the current trucks, or am I just imagining things?
  18. Let's hope they only share a spiritual connection... I know GM isn't dumb enough to do to the Camaro what they did with the current Impala/MC "twins" and the past Lumina/MC "twins"
  19. I use #2
  20. slightly off topic, but... With the Monte gone, would that mean that the Impala will show up in NASCAR, or is there still a possibiilty of a Chevelle (possibly Chevy's version of the GTO) would take care of that?
  21. I remember discussing this a while ago, but I don't know if that thread survived the wipe-out.
  22. 1) I wouldn't mind using the women's restroom if I knew two chearleaders were going at it 2) I would have waited all night (in the restroom) until they were done
