My First Job...Finally!!!
Good going getting a job! Life skills in the making! Woooooo! :] Do good and they'll see that you are a hardworking and dedicated worker and give you promotions! Don't know if anybody knows Shaw's Supermarkets? It's up in New England. Anyway, started back in March as cart wrangler, then bagger, cashier, and now I help run the front end. I like it, wish they paid more though. I must say that it really bothers me that some of my classmates think having a job is "beneath" them, and that mommy and daddy with take care of them. I dunno, maybe it's me being jealous, but it really bothers me if your parents bought you a car, pay your insurance, your gas, and your maintenance. Where are you learning to survive in the real world? A kid in my homeroom got a brand new Saab 9-3 for his birthday. Totaled it 3 months later. Guess what? Next week at school, brand new Saab 9-3 in the lot. Hope is parents have fun paying that bill.

GM Mulls Building Saturns in Belgium
My parents were chatting, and the only "American" brand they'd consider right now is Saturn. My mom likes the Vue Green Line, and my dad likes the Sky a lot.

Automotive Collectibles

How about a Escort, ZX2, or older Focus? Seeing I just acquired a car, maybe a 1997 Mercury Sable wagon interests you?

New Kia model that just sort of appeared...
To be honest, I don't mind it. I don't find its styling to be retina scarring. I'm more worried about it holding up (literally and in value) after you drive it off the lot. Would be a Mazda 5 competitor, or a Vibe/Matrix/HHR competitor?

GM Economy and Efficiency Guide Updated for 2007!
I have a question. Take the Buick Lacrosse for example: 3.8l city: 20 highway: 30 average: 23 3.6l city: 19 highway: 27 average: 22 wouldn't the average's be 25 and 23 respectively? If not, how did you come up with those numbers? I am sort of bewildered. Thanks! :]

2006 New England International Auto Show
I was there on Sunday too with my best friend Hillary. I've been going every year for 3 years now. I enjoy it. My favortie cars were the VW's [they had such cool brochures on DVD's]. The Rabbit was much better than I expected.
