  1. I'm sure we'll see tons on the roads. This is enough to be a sure hit for Lexus. It covers all the people who care mostly about status. I wonder if the people who buy these cars even use half the features they offer?
  2. Now I'm confused... aside from talking about the Enclave for a second... let's talk about the UV8... If the 3.6L is supposed to make about 280-300hp, it's going to make the Northstar seem not so great in Caddy applications. So then they'll get the UV8, no? Making upwards of say, 400hp? Then that almost makes the V-series pointless. So, does that mean the V-series will get a hp boost as well?! Say pushing 500hp?
  3. Then maybe this is Yota's turn?
  4. Yeah, that is like the new Toyota design thing I keep seeing... and I think it looks HORRIBLE. It's like that on the Yaris, and it's like that here, and I swear I've seen that somewhere else on a Toyota. Anyway, it just interrupts the flow... why they couldn't have it go along with the top of the hood and around the insignia is beyond me.
  5. Well, I have to say, it is beautiful. And I'm feeling very positive about it transforming from concept to production after watching this video. I really would like to see the production version out already... I wish it was coming out in September 2006, but I guess waiting a few more months isn't that horrible.
  6. I absolutely LOVE the exterior, and I couldn't possible dislike the interior any more. Then again, I am much more for conservative designs... I'm one of those losers who likes things to be a little more on the bland side

They were having a special running at the price club... you buy 40 cartons of urinal cakes, get a free urinal.
  8. That's a really nice interior. Very clean looking.
  9. Good. I can't wait to see what cars really get.
  10. SingleStylish, you're correct... the `06 got real walnut and it looks MUCH better. Below is an image:
  11. According to the Toyota website, that is real wood in the Camry XLE.

Two weeks from tomorrow I'll be 29.
  13. I wouldn't be caught dead in a compact!  Ouch! LOL

Here are the two I toggle between lately... they've been shrunken by 50% so there would be a lot less side scrolling LOL (1920x1200 resolution) and... Both are of my goddaughter Eve She's great!
  15. I agree with you Northstar... a minivan for Buick wouldn't exactly be ideal with the Enclave coming out. I don't see it doing well with both. Unless they're somehow DRASTICALLY different.
  16. Because it takes 1 page of info, plus 10 pages to bash it, and remind people four billion times it's "bland" :P Seriously though, I was checking out the Toyota website and reading up on the new Camry, and well, the XLE is going to have real wood, a 440-watt stereo with 14 speakers and the hybrid will have LED taillamps, and some other little treats. Not bad for your mid-sizer. Other trims will have an ionizer to eliminate contaminates, Bluetooth wireless technology, a conceiled aux jack, driver's knee airbag (that's overkill imo), and available 18" alloys. Check out the images for the SE.. the blue illuminated gauges and HVAC/Audio controls really look nice.
  17. Well, if I'm not mistaken, a 16-year-old likes it too, no? B)
  18. I really, really, really like it. Really. It's just a damn shame we won't be seeing it this fall!
  19. Well, the Enclave is not production, yet. Secondly, I'm a sedan man... don't care much for coupes, don't care much for SUVs... I'm a big-ol' sedan guy. Don't get me wrong, I can appreciate a nice design, as is with the Enclave.Besides, I rather have a house if I'm going to take a mortgage out on something.
  20. Yup, just as I suspected--I just saw the little button on the dash that shows it has quad-zone climate control. I may have to take a mortgage out and buy me one of these things... it's nicer than the house I live in.
  21. So, uh, is this horsepower rating with the new SAE standards or the old? Well, you have to admit, on paper the car is quite impressive. The interior is nice... I'm not too fond of the color choices, but I'm sure that's just because I'm not a fan of gray, and I'm sure there will be a nice cashmere or saddle leather/wood combo I'll like.
  22. OMG, is there ANY WAY GM can keep the HVAC/Audio layout the same without F'in it up like they do in most cars? I see the HVAC is the same as the new GMT900's autoclimate control... so there's a chance there. Oooh, and Xenon headlights
  23. I'm like foaming at the mouth. THIS is what a Buick should be! That interior is GORGEOUS!
  24. Okay, it was that I was trying to open it in Firefox.. I went to IE and it opened fine. It's really beautiful... I just wish I could see the interior!
  25. ARG... it keeps giving me an error saying it can't access the clip, that it might be in use by another person!!!
