Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S
HarleyEarl replied to HarleyEarl's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Same for me. When I see these in person, they always turn my head. Buick could only wish to look this good. It's what a Park Avenue could have been. RWD and great proportions.

HarleyEarl replied to HarleyEarl's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I agree. I love these Maseratis....absolutely beautiful...even more so in the flesh, I see several around this area and I just love how the appear on the street in motion. HarleyEarl replied to Chris_Doane's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)When GM puts it's mind to it, they really can pull it off. This is an absolute triumph in this segment. Stellar. It has a look that far exceeds it's intended place in the market.- Word Association

Love that crazy oblong steering wheel!....- American Luxury in 1961
Great link....you really see what Cadillac used to be. It was something special.- American Luxury in 1961
Very interesting...thanks for that great information. I was surprised about the 'Park Avenue' too.- Beach person or mountain person?
That's very beautiful.- American Luxury in 1961
I hadn't heard of this variation of the '61 Cadillac before. As it reads, it's a 'short deck Sixy-Two Sedan'.- American Luxury in 1961
Moltar, I got thinking, what a hoot it would be to drop a GM hybrid in a car like this '57 Pontiac. The future and past melding, becoming one.- Word Association
sticks- American Luxury in 1961
omg...thats funny!- American Luxury in 1961
I noticed that too...I'm probably being too hard on that 'future' car, but something about it just riles me to no end. Huge contrasts here...I don't have to have a '57 Pontiac replicar, but man, I want a little sexy style when I buy a new car. I never want to resort to 'that' other car. I'll walk first.- American Luxury in 1961
I know!!....what a contrast hey?.....which would anyone really rather have? No contest. That puke of car in the background is anti-car. Blu?...is that a shirtless man walking in front of hedge?- Word Association
decal- So, I still don't get it...
In Pontiac's earlier days, didn't it have only one model? There were many versions of that model, but essentially only one model. I'm beginning to think this is not such a bad idea.- Word Association
(thanks for the response...funny you should say that...I recently found jazz (Kind of Blue)...I virtually never listen to rock anymore).- Word Association
