  1. For most people, Brougham means padded roof and leather, just like Denali means chrome and leather. No need to issue a geography test with every purchase, nobody cares about the root of the name of the trim level.
  2. Because that's relevant. Why not ask how many Monte Carlo owners know where Monte Carlo is?

Black cars are a bitch to keep clean. Silver Grand Prix always look clean, but its a boring color.
  4. The Terrain has really grown on me, I think its the best looking small SUV out there and it doesn't look like the Denali trim is going to be short-gaudy like the Acadia.

I must have missed something, are you growing a mullet or joining a sorority?

I'm with Z. Any auto parts place worth a damn will loan you a torque wrench, better safe than sorry.
  7. Don't return it, pass it amongst C&G members.
  8. I can be pretty robotic.
  9. Meh, anyone who isn't part of my life anymore is gone for a reason. I'm not capable of sentiment, its a personality quirk.
  10. Maybe its just the tiny pic on my phone, but that looks like the Ridgeline from the windshield back.
  11. There is nothing worse than absolute certainty. If you know you're right and you know everyone else is wrong, you're going to miss out on some good ideas.
  12. Thanks for the over-share, there. We're all adults here, we know that sometimes things happen behind gas stations in West Virginia.

I want to do Ke$ha Shatner style, I think it would be amazing.
  14. Detailing can get expensive and sometimes your better off doing it yourself instead of explaining that you're paying $90 for someone to clean a car that's already perfectly clean except a couple spots of "love byproduct"
  15. Yeah, that happens around here. You learn to ignore it, after a little while you know who's doing the voting up and who is doing the voting down.
  16. Our politics section is op-in, and from what I've heard its mostly a Libertarian fantasy land.

I thought we had a thread on this, but apparently not. Ok, its Saturday night, you're pretty well smashed, the bar has karaoke. What song do you do? For me its Bad Romance or Party in the U.S.A. For some reason I rock those in the most awkward way. Last time the wife got brave and we did My Humps. Well, I rocked the will.i.am parts while she drunkenly stumbled through Fergie's lines.
  18. Which seat should I take?
  19. Nickelback sucks.
  20. For a car that clean, methinks a GM crate motor... Cost considerations, GM crates aren't cheap
  21. A 350 swap is simple and fairly cheap. The LeSabre got its 350 for under $500, but I did a good deal of the work myself and only got to enjoy it for a few weeks before putting a worn 307 back in and C4Cing it and getting most of what I put into the motor back.
  22. You must be new. C&G determined long ago that you can't see out the back or sides or really even the front so you will in fact run over grandma. EVERY. TIME. YOU. DRIVE.
  23. Did you have to change your pants when you sat in it? I imagine my immediate response would be to jizz in my pants.
  24. Did you get rid of the f@#king word filters?
