Spied: New Mini Cooper S
1. The Cooper S should get a push towards 200bhp. 2. From what I've seen on a few spy pics, the interior materials will be upgraded significantly over the current car's so-so materials. 3. Hopefully the window problems go away. 4. Hopefully the diesel will be the 110bhp 1.6L PSA engine in place of the current car's 1.4L Toyota engine. 5. Dealer training is already scheduled. @ sciguy: there's a little station wagon being tested but I don't know about any other variants.

- New Holdens are to go on World Tour
I too think the Statesman/Caprice looks Buick-y. I think the Statesman would be a better Buick than the Caprice, because the wood trim and the front bumper looks more like a 'traditional luxury' car. The Caprice's interior and exterior looks more like a 'sophisticated (sp?) luxury' car. To me at least. However, I wonder if American buyers would react negatively to the same car being sold as a Chevy in the Middle East... Assuming they'd be aware of that, of course!- No More Rock & Roll
Maybe they'll use a Slayer song...- New Holdens are to go on World Tour
I don't think the LWB Zeta fits with Pontiac, so the Commodore would make sense as a Grand Prix or G8, while keeping the G6 FWD. When I saw the Calais' tail lights they reminded me of the current Grand Prix's.- 2007 Cadillac SRX
Those sport model wheels are a turn-off, but they did a good job on the interior.- ...

Wasn't it supposed to get a new grille and/or headlights also? It needs something more than a 'new-wheels-and-portholes-job' to keep some relevance.- ....
Arriving home yesterday I saw this Toyota Avensis parked next to my building, and I figured out what the new Malibu's front end pic reminded me of: click here EDIT: the placement of headlights, the one piece bumper/grille, that's where they look similar to me...- World Cup Soccer

Interestingly, some elements on that new Excelle look much more Buick than the current LaCrosse. The front end looks especially sharp imo- World Cup Soccer

@ Centurion: that 1965 Wildcat coupe is gorgeous! Great design!- June 2006 Sales: General Motors Corp.
There's something along those lines re the fleet increase at GMI... Interesting... Maybe GM's increasing fleet sales during summer months so overall sales don't look that bad compared to last year's firesale numbers? When they report 1st half earnings the release we'll have fleet/retil mix figures.- Checking In From Tennessee
Tudo bem! Portugal perdeu ontem à noite contra a França, mas não jogámos para ganhar. Forza Italia! :AH-HA_wink: And now back to the $h!tiest valuation I've ever worked on *yawn*- Checking In From Tennessee
I was looking for you. Congrats on Italy making the World Cup Final. Portugal is losing against France (1 min to go when I'm writing this), so it seems I'll be supporting Italy on Sunday.- GM's SEC Investigations.....
SEC investigations are part of this really important thing called "rule of law". Another important part of "rule of law" is the assumption of innocence until there is a guilty verdict. When conclusions are drawn from these investigations then there is something to be commented. Or not.- Ferrari 599 GTB
