My only complaint about using turbos for power increases is the hell that it puts engine oil through, and if you're like some normal "Joe Blow"s you won't change the oil and create havoc in your engine.

I agree he is pure scum, but I keep seeing vehicles with his badges all over the place down here. Now I admit that most of them are trucks and vans that could very well be fleeted vehicles, but you're right. He is scum and should be come down on, and hard.

See what I'm not getting is how everyone in that article is bashing the Vette for making 500 horses. Think about this boys and girls, the Vette is making 500 horses naturally aspriated and with TWO less cylinders than a Viper....c'mon, I know that you can crank a ton of power out of a V-10, but still, there is a point where you can cede some kudos to GM for doing the same as your V10, but with less displacement. I was a fan of the first-gen Vipers, but after about a year I discovered this little thing called the "small block chevy" that can produce equal amounts of power and do it smoother.

Its a piece of important history that should be respected for that and that alone, not because of what's happening in today's world. Although I know a lot of people today don't give a flying rats left testicle about what happened in World War II, but I damn well do. So if the crazy, tree hugging Californians don't want it, like I said, I'll gladly park it down in Mobile Bay next to one of its sister ships.
