I found the new Elantra to be a decent drive, though it didn't blow me away. I don't care for the new Focus with the mediocre interior and odd proportions. I like the Fiesta, but it needs about 10 or 15 more hp. I'm surprised at how well the Cruz is selling considering the price, though it is a high quality piece. The Forte's cheap interior ruins the vehicle. Haven't tried out the new Civic yet. The last one wasn't particularly special, and the new one seems to be a rehash. I'm looking forward to see the new Accent and Rio.

Well, who ever thought that Fiat would be back? I just don't see a compelling case for all these brands to come back.

If I recall correctly, each division had a specified number of spokes for their wheels. Chevy had 5, Buick 8, Cadillac 7, Oldsmobile and GMC 6. I don't remember what Pontiac had.

This is the type of story you'd expect on The Onion. No doubt doing this is theoretically possible. The story states that they extract the protein. I assume that heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, and other impurities are therefore not an issue. Yum.

Got the IS300 smogged today. The technician put a small greasy smudge on the door panel, so I cleaned that and applied some Lexol to the driver's seat.

A nice write-up. The first-year K-body Seville was a '76 model, introduced in April 1975. The Elegante was introduced for the 1978 model year.
