  1. Unless Kerkorian can show a proposal on how he can fix Chrysler Corporation permanantly and make it strong enough to stand on its own again, I'm going to say f@#king forget it.
  2. I had a car that did that. It was 12 years old.
  3. The truth is never a violation of anything.
  4. It doesn't affect my driving as much as it probably should. I still get bored around the house and just up and decide to go to another county for a while to see what's up on their side...but usually when I'm on the way back and pass a gas station, I think to myself "Well, that was a bad idea."
  5. $105,000? For that?[/] Attention Toyota: If you're going to sell a Lexus for over $100K, the very least you could do is to have it NOT look like every other f@#king model you make. Frankly, I find the idea that they can't make a car that expensive look any different from their typical "boring-as-hell" styling is insulting. Dear Lord...guide Detroit's hand and make it strong when it rises up to crush the blight on this world that is Toyota. Amen.

    Toyota: A Symphony of Bland.
  7. Yeah, I remember all that. We did it at the church I used to go to (before I quit going alltogether). It wasn't until I was older when I realized what exactly the church looked like when we did that. I found out that day that priests get annoyed when you and your brother start laughing your heads off during prayer.
  8. Finally! Toyota finally stepped on their own dick. Thanks to the Tundra, Toyota can't hide behind the Prius, point at the fuel economy and yell "See?!" anymore. And is it just me or has there been increasing amounts of anti-Toyota sentiment lurking around lately?
  9. That's what I'm hoping for.
  10. I ran my Eighty Eight into the ground (straight into the ground...I only got $150 for it), but I plan on selling my Intrepid sometime in 2009 in favor of a Camaro or Challenger.
  11. "What this means to you: There could be a Hyundai pickup in your driveway in the distant future." There really won't be. People who buy Hyundais aren't the same people who buy trucks and in the off-chance it does happen, it will be off the market quickly.
  12. These are clearly nothing but Scion rip-offs. Come on GM, copying Toyota didn't work for you before.
  13. I'm actually listening to the Knight Rider theme song right now. "dum de-da-dum, dah de-da-dum, dum de-dah-dum DUM dum!"
  14. AxelTheRed replied to RJB's topic in Subaru
I swear, if I could pick just one car company to ship out of America, it'd be Subaru. What a worthless brand.
  15. I can't participate in Buick vs Olds wars. My first car was an Oldsmobile, but I'm heavily commited to Buick because I'm from Flint...I'm very torn.
  16. I want to know if there are any plans for a full-size car from Saturn.
  17. -Quit my job at the restaurant and get a mechanic apprentice job like I've been meaning to do since January. -Possibly get a volunteer job working at the Sloan Museum's restoration shop (they're working on a '53 Skylark right now!) -Look for a 1969-1971 Oldsmobile 442 to begin restoring. -And if any classic car shows happen to be around the Flint area, there's no way in hell that I'll miss them.
  18. I'm waiting for the month where "best-ever" doesn't apply and they have to figure out a way to spin it..."If it were two months ago it would be our best ever month!"
  19. Probably not, but I still feel lucky to have only seen one new Tundra on the roads so far.
  20. AxelTheRed replied to RJB's topic in Subaru
    Oh...a Subaru. Watch me care.
  21. I lived the first four or five years of my life in Flint, but we moved out to Swartz Creek when our neighborhood started getting bad.
