my brother actually (tried to) write a story in which the main character drove a '70 GS St1 coupe. It was Black on black, top section of the hood was matte black. I tried to replicate it in a model once. looked badass. He still has it, I think; I'll have to ask him to take pics of it and send it to me.

they could have used a 90's model. one that was already junk, with no engine, no longer roadworthy, etc...just polish it up and drop it. wht do this with a vintage car that's probably still worth something, even as a barn find.

I dunno, but that kind of annoyed me the same way dressing up a pet does. I see these cars with chistmas lights, or antlers on the wondows and a big red nose (that probably works WONDERS for aerodynamics, fuel economy, air intake etc.), and I just kind of have to shake my head.
